Ask within the first thirty days of your subscription and we refund what you paid for them, in full. There is no separate trial price: you are on the ordinary per-unit price from the first day, and that is what comes back. Write to us and say so — no form, no reason required.

An annual subscription is discounted because it is a year. Leaving it before the year is out costs 20% of what remains of the term, and nothing more. Inside the first thirty days this does not apply: the thirty days come first, and they come back whole.

Write to the address in the footer from the email address on the account. We answer, and the money returns the way it came.
